Hamish is a Master in Public Policy 2021 candidate at the Harvard Kennedy School and a Graham Allison Jr. Fellow at the Belfer Center. As a member of the Australian Foreign Service, he previously worked as a diplomat in Beijing where he managed the Australian Government's engagement with China on energy, environment, climate change and infrastructure.
Product Owner
Hoojeong is the 2nd year MPP at Harvard Kennedy School. She was born and educated in Seoul, Korea, with an economics major at Seoul National University. She started her career as a deputy director at the Ministry of National Defense in Seoul, overseeing the military's education and training policy and the defense budget execution. After graduation, she plans to go back to the Ministry of Defense and continue her career as a public official.

Zaiyi is a 1st year MPP at Harvard Kennedy School. Born and raised in Dalian, a beautiful coastal city in Northeast China, she worked as a news anchor and journalist for an English TV news channel in Beijing before coming to HKS. As an energetic and diligent extravert, she is passionate about applying her experience in media/communications to the intersection of public and private sectors. Outside classes, she enjoys running, baking, reading and playing with her tuxedo cat.
